In this role, you'll be our strategic business partner & brand evangelist sharing innovative technological solutions for GDPR compliance, data protection and data privacy... driving growth across multiple markets and platforms to reach as wide an audience as possible.

Responsibilities include

  • Delivering the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients
  • Closing existing leads and creating new relationships with clients on LinkedIn, etc
  • Driving deals to closure in existing and new business environments
  • Assisting in writing relevant marketing content and producing marketing collateral
  • Utilising sales CRM tools to track account information and sales progress as well as forecasting and prioritising to achieve set targets
  • Understanding and learning about Seers Co, the industry, the competitive environment and competitive product offeringsDelivering the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenue
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
  • Management of competing priorities across the sales team
  • Sales CRM experience

  • Our fast growing company is looking for a Legal Intern to join our expanding legal team. Our company boasts a bustling and vibrant team with fantastic employee feedback across the board, as well as a great working environment.
  • As a Legal Intern, you will provide timely and practical legal assistance and advice to support our objectives. The ideal candidate will be part of our legal team involved in carrying out various administrative tasks and legal activities surrounding European laws and regulations on data privacy, GDPR compliance and data protection. Other duties include management of projects, reporting and researching legal cases, reviewing policy documents, reviewing product related documents, marketing content to ensure that it meets legal requirements and reports.
  • The role would suit a law graduate ideally looking to gain practical experience working at a legaltech. The role involves an understanding of the underlying work of the company, an ability to work under pressure, a consistently high quality of work output. The position required a flexible approach to dealing with a variety of urgent issues that arise on a daily basis and the ability to work on initiative is encouraged. Being a team player is vital.

3. Data Protection Advisor /Officer (1)

We are an online data privacy compliance, one-stop shop that provides solutions to international small and medium-size companies.

Looking for a part-time dedicated advisor who provides advice and support to the Data Protection Officer about all information governance for the UK. You will have the opportunity to take advice on developing information governance policies and procedures with some subject matter experts throughout the business. 

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven ability to understand and provide incisive, reliable and commercially sound advice and solutions on complex business issues.
  • Solid understanding of applicable European and local Privacy laws and regulations.
  • Experience of developing and embedding a data privacy program that ensures early and full business awareness and ownership of privacy risks.
    • Be comfortable to working in an environment with an extensive range of specialisms and responsibilities.
  • Ability to translate technical and legal concepts to business areas.

Qualifications:

  • Legal qualification/background.
  • Data Privacy Professional certification (ISEB/IAPP).

Knowledge:

  • Specialist experience in data protection laws and issues.
  • Specialist knowledge of technical data privacy matters including encryption and hashing.
  • Ability to communicate with and to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Self-sufficient computer skills.
  • Understanding a commercial retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book sessions with the clients (business) and address their concerns.
  • Provide subject matter privacy advice, including new Data Protection legislation and its application to the client’s business.
  • Identifies Privacy risks and issues. Advises all employees where their activities put the company at risk and provide actionable solutions to remediate risks and issues.
  • To design and develop a program of work to demonstrate compliance with global privacy standards and ensure the optimum customer experience.
  • Improve, drive and embed data privacy standards, governance and policies.
  • Liaise with business process owners to build an understanding of Privacy risks related to their personal information processing activities and provide advice on how to mitigate risk by embedding Privacy into the design of business processes.
  • Act as the liaison point for privacy matters to SEERS customers. SEERS employees and DPA supervisory authorities/regulators.

 

  • Oversees subject data rights and requests for information.
  • Drafting and advising on technical privacy and security aspects in contracts.
  • Advise and support remediation and notification of PII data incidents.
  • Maintain and improve a data privacy impact assessment framework and facilitate an assessment to advise on privacy risks and suggested mitigations.
  • Act as the escalation point for enhanced privacy complaints and enquiries.
  • Advise on marketing and third-party initiatives involving consent.
  • Oversees fair processing information and privacy notices.
  • Builds and maintains knowledge about applicable country privacy laws and regulations and assesses the impact of changes in laws to privacy operations.

Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organisations.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Proactively generating new business and building new relationships within the SME sector. B2B2B and B2B.
  • Growing Seers footprint in the SME market and raising awareness of proposition.
  • Actively promote Privacy technology solutions and encourage partnership and integration where relevant.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently form successful partnerships
