You will be responsible for

  • Generating enquiries through imaginative, insightful and engaging editorial content.
  • Developing top-quality content in line with editorial guidelines for use in campaigns, initiatives and other company activities.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, working effectively with the team.
  • Generate ideas and see them through to completion.
  • Digest complex information and produce accessible, readable content.
  • Create a variety of content from long-form articles and blogs to Slide Shares and infographics.

The ideal candidate will possess

  • 5+ years of writing a variety of content, including news, features and long-form articles for a business and consumer audience.
  • A creative approach to idea generation.
  • The skill to create satisfactory copy that meets editorial guidelines and expectations.
  • A flexible approach to day-to-day work, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Responsible for helping to direct, manage and execute the company’s brand and digital presence. The Social Media Lead will establish and maintain the company’s digital, online and social media standard.  The Social Media Lead will work closely with the Seers management and marketing team to develop the brand as an internationally foremost and forward thinking company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our Digital Content and maintain our digital presence
  • Work alongside the marketing team to create content
  • Be responsible for the idealisation and creation of content to be used in all formats, including conceptualising, creating and editing original photography and video
  • Partnering with the marketing team to create promotional digital content with the focus on reaching large audiences via paid and non-paid strategies
  • On-going blog content
  • Analyse and research the effectiveness of digital strategies and overall digital presence and discover creative solutions and new strategies to help grow audiences
  • Monitoring and interacting online as appropriate
  • Working and interacting closely with community leaders and influencers in the market

3. Digital Marketing Assistant (1)

It also offers a reviews-based marketplace where businesses can hire data protection experts and ensure they are fully GDPR-compliant.

Seers Group is looking for bright and efficient Digital Marketing Assistant for its London Office. To assist with the implementation of Seers’ digital marketing strategy to achieve agreed targets and key performance indicators. Keeping up to date with new digital marketing techniques, the post-holder will also contribute to the long term development of our digital marketing strategy.

Main duties include:

  • Content management of Seers website. www.seersco.com
  • Assist in Google paid Adverts and Facebook paid adverts.
  • Management of Seers’ e-marketing schedule, building and sending emails to new and existing customers using email software.
  • Management of Seers’ multiple social media accounts across Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn. This will include content generation, daily interaction and management of customer enquiries.
  • Management of Seers’ YouTube channel, including the generation of content and playlists.
  • On-site activation of digital and social activity on our festival sites, including social stations, filming and photos.
  • Keeping up-to-date with current digital trends and suggesting new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organisation.
  • Administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required.

This job description is not exhaustive, but is provided to assist the applicant to know what his/her main duties would be. It may be amended from time to time in line with the demands of working in a fast-paced and dynamic company.

Other Information:

  • This role will report to a Chief Marketing Officer who has 20 years of experience in the digital marketing.
  • Office time is 09:00-18:00 with one hour break.

Salary is up to £25,000 plus quarterly performance bonus based on engagement and sales.
