Colorado adopts new privacy act giving users a choice to “Opt-out” of targeted advertising:

After Virginia and California, Colorado became the latest state in the US to pass the privacy act titled Colorado Privacy Act. It increasingly grants users the right to opt-out of the consent procurement process. Read more here
