Installation instructions for Drupal

Step 1

Go to your Drupal root folder, and extract the Seers module in "module" folder. The extracted folder’s name will be "seers_cookie_consent_privacy_policy"

This is essential for managing cookie consent and ensuring GDPR and CCPA compliance on your website.

Step 2

Login to your Drupal Admin Panel to configure the Seers Cookie Consent plugin.
This panel is your hub for managing and enabling plugins that will improve your site's cookie compliance.

Step 3

In admin panel, go to "Manage > Extend , and search for “Seers Cookie Consent" in search bar. Select and install the plugin.
Installing this plugin helps you ensure your Drupal website complies with GDPR cookie regulations and CCPA cookie consent requirements.

Step 4

Go to "Manage > Configuration" and click on "Seers Cookie Consent Form"

You will see the message "You saved the configuration".

This means the plugin is now active and your site is ready to manage user consent in line with cookie laws.

Step 5

Enter and save the Domain Group ID.

This unique ID helps you track and manage cookie consent across your website, ensuring full compliance with global data privacy laws like GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD.
